That's why we have created a Shipping Info page to help you understand all
of our shipping policies and methods and give you a good idea of when you will

What will I be charged for shipping?
We charge flat rate, PER ITEM shipping charges when you choose FedEx Ground shipping. If you choose any type of
Express Shipping, you will be given an exact shipping quote from the shipper, FedEx, US Postal Service, etc.
Note: FedEx Ground is our default shipping method. If you do not choose Express shipping and you are
eligible to receive FedEx Ground shipping, then
we will ship your order with FedEx Ground. See the chart below for PER ITEM shipping charges.

Will I be charged a Handling or Packaging Fee?
No. At MGbowling.com, we never charge any type of packaging or handling fee, however, the minimum
shipping charge at MGbowling.com is $4.95. For instance, if the only item you buy is an accessory,
you will be charged $4.95 for shipping. The only charges that you
will see are for the price of the items you purchase, shipping costs and tax, if applicable.
Note: We only charge tax for customers purchasing our products from Texas.
What happens with back ordered items?
Back ordered items usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Although your account is charged when
you place your order, we will contact you about crediting your account or selecting a
different product should you choose not to wait. We never charge additional fees for split
shipments shipped with our default FedEx Ground Shipping. If any type of "Express Shipping" is
chosen when the order is placed, a split shipment fee will be charged for backordered items. The extra charge will
only be enough to cover the amount of the shipping and the customer must approve of the charge
before a shipment is split. The customer may also choose for us to hold all items until the
order is complete in our warehouse with no extra charges.
When will I receive my order?
If you choose our default FedEx Ground shipping, expect to receive all in stock items within 3 to 7
business days. For back ordered items, please see above. To speed things up, if you are in the
Continental United States, you may choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Saver FedEx options when you
check out. For military addresses we ship using USPS 2-3Day Priority Mail. Hawaii and Alaska will be required to choose FedEx 2nd Day Air.
We will send you an email, if your order includes a valid email address, as soon as your order ships along with your
FedEx tracking number!
